Orders ship within 1-3 business days via USPS or UPS.
Your items ship protected in either a bubble mailer (smaller orders) or black box.
We accept returns on any of our products, provided we receive an email notification of your dissatisfaction with the product within 7 days of delivery receipt. Any product value over $10 will need to be shipped back to us by the customer to receive a refund, minus the original cost of shipping. Please email us with your specific situation and we will come up with a solution.
Snap a pic and send it to us in an email: email@example.com. Any products that arrive to the customer defective, damaged, melted, etc. will be refunded in full or a replacement can be sent.
Because our products are made of oils and butters, heat is the enemy! Keep them out of hot cars and places they can melt. If your Balm/Boo Lips have melted or softened, it can be put back in the fridge for a couple hours and will be as good as new.
Our skincare products do have a shelf life, so be sure to check the product listing of what you purchased for the timeframe.
Our products are made from natural ingredients that are carefully sourced. We DO NOT have FDA approval and our products are for external use only. Please consult your physician prior to use, especially if you are pregnant to make sure our ingredients are safe for you specifically.
All of our ingredients are listed under each product. We do not use any dairy products, but we do advise careful examination of our ingredients list if you have any allergies. Our products are sourced from trustworthy sources and we use high quality materials for our products.
